Kogi State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN) to strengthen institutional collaboration and accelerate electricity sector development in Kogi State. The agreement, signed in Abuja today, provides a framework for cooperation in key areas including technical modelling and digital system planning, energy resource mapping and data integration, capacity building, network baseline assessment and energy efficiency standards.
