Kogi West Must Unite Behind Gov. Ododo – Olusoji

Business magnate and Asiwaju of Ayee Kingdom, Prince Olatunji Olusoji, has called on the people of Kogi West Senatorial District to unite behind the second-term bid of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo ahead of the 2027 governorship election.

Speaking during the 2025 Kabba Day Celebration, Olusoji urged the people to support Governor Ododo’s administration to sustain ongoing development and ensure continuity in governance.

He commended the Governor for his patriotism, humility and God-fearing leadership, while warning against politicians promoting divisive tendencies for selfish political gains.

Olusoji emphasized the importance of maintaining collaboration with other senatorial districts, noting that pulling back support for the Ododo administration in 2027 would be a costly political mistake that could undermine the district’s interests.

He further appealed to indigenes of Kogi West to invest in people and infrastructure, describing such efforts as enduring legacies that would outlive their initiators.

The business leader reaffirmed his confidence that with unity and sustained support for Governor Ododo, Kogi State would continue on the path of peace, progress and prosperity.
