The Kogi State Scholarship Board has formally presented data of 23,828 students who have completed application for the 2025 bursary and Law School scholarship to the state’s designated consultant, Fast Mita Nigeria for verification.

The submission includes records of 23,609 undergraduate students and 219 Law School students who applied for the 2025 Bursary Awards and Law School Scholarship Support under the Season 2 of Governor Ododo Students Support Scheme.

Speaking during the presentation, Executive Chairman of the Board, Mr. Afolabi Raji, reaffirmed the commitment of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to accountability, transparency, and students’ welfare.

Mr. Raji emphasized that the Ododo administration remains consistent in prioritizing student empowerment and easing financial burdens for young scholars from the state.

He expressed confidence that the verification exercise would be concluded seamlessly, paving the way for the prompt release of bursary allowances and scholarships to deserving Kogi students.
