The Chairman of the Kogi State Chapter of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, Ismaila Isah has advocated the need for Public Relations practitioners to be intellectually inclined and accord priority to mentorship opportunities to sustain the culture of professionalism in strategic communication through generations.
Isah made the call at the presentation of a book titled; Aren’t We All PR People? by a seasoned Public Relations practitioner, Ahmed Balarabe in Kaduna.

The book documents his journey as a journalist with the Financial Standard Newspaper, Lagos, Akwa Ibom Broadcasting Corporation, Uyo, and as a Lead Strategist and Head of Agency Operations at Touchpoint, Mediacraft Associates, Brand Research and Advertising, Silver Bullet Public Relations, Novelpotta Young&Rubicam Brands, Bifocal Communications and as an academic faculty member at the Department of Mass Communications at Baze University, Abuja with a stint as the Public Relations Officer at the Kogi State Government House.
