The Kogi State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Engr. Aliyu Momoh Ezzu, has urged APC supporters in Kogi Central to appreciate and support former Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for his contributions to the development of the state.
Speaking during Bello’s six-day tour of Kogi Central, Ezzu cited projects including the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, Kogi State University, Kabba, and other infrastructural developments. He also commended Bello’s efforts to strengthen security during his tenure.
Ezzu said Bello’s experience, relationships and political influence could help attract more development to Kogi Central, urging APC stakeholders to leverage his experience for the benefit of the people.
The APC chairman thanked youths, women, elders, traditional rulers and other APC stakeholders for their support during the tour, while calling for continued unity and loyalty to the party and its candidates.
Meanwhile, Senatorial candidate of the APC in Kogi Central, former Governor Yahaya Bello has pledged to remain closely connected to the people of Kogi Central, promising regular engagement with communities and continued efforts to attract development to the district.
He also thanked APC leaders, stakeholders and supporters for their support during the weeklong tour of the five local government areas in the senatorial district.
