Oscar Bobb scored his first goal for Fulham as they secured a 3-2 victory over West Ham to book their place in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Before kick-off, West Ham fans paid an emotional tribute to former goalkeeper Ludek Miklosko, who died of cancer at the age of 64. Miklosko made nearly 400 appearances for the club between 1990 and 1998.
The hosts twice came from behind in an entertaining first half, with Morato and Pablo scoring for West Ham after Fulham had taken the lead through Rodrigo Muniz and Cesar Palacios.
Substitute Bobb then struck in the 78th minute to seal a much-needed victory for Fulham manager Alvaro Arbeloa, who had overseen a winless start to the Premier League campaign.
The defeat brought an end to West Ham’s six-match unbeaten run and saw the Championship leaders miss out on a place in the next round.
Despite pushing for a late equaliser, West Ham were unable to find a way through as Fulham held on for victory.
