Kogi State Director of the City Boy Movement, Chief Mark Ogah has reiterated his support for the economic reforms of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while formally declaring his intention to contest for a seat in the House of Representatives. Ogah made this known during an interview on Lugard TV in Lokoja, where he defended the administration’s policies amid concerns over the rising cost of living stressing that the economic difficulties faced by Nigerians are temporary consequences of necessary reforms. The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced Thursday, May 21, 2026, as the passing-out date for corps members belonging to the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II. The announcement was made in a statement posted on X on Monday and signed by the NYSC Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu. According to the statement, activities leading up to the passing-out ceremony will begin on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. “Pre-passing out activities will include Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) by the NYSC and other relevant agencies as well as the signing of final clearance by the Zonal Inspectors,” the statement read.
