Kogi State Commissioner of Police, Miller Dantawaye, has emphasized the importance of collaboration between the police and religious leaders in maintaining peace and security in the state.
He made this appeal during a meeting with a delegation from the Council of Ulama, Kogi State, at the police command headquarters in Lokoja.
The meeting was aimed at strengthening community relations, fostering dialogue, and offering prayers for peace and security in the state. Dantawaye expressed his appreciation for the visit and the prayers offered by the delegation, acknowledging the significant role of religious leaders in fostering peace.
