Sallah celebration in Ogaminana Central Ward, Adavi Local Government Area, received a boost as Hon. Ismaila Isah, Special Adviser on Media to the Kogi State Governor, joined residents to mark the festive occasion.
His presence added color and warmth to the Eid festivities, reflecting the administration’s connection with grassroots communities. Held in Inorere, the event was more than just a celebration it served as a reaffirmation of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s commitment to grassroots engagement and inclusive governance.

Speaking at the gathering, Hon. Isah emphasized that the celebration was not only cultural and religious but also symbolic of the administration’s dedication to participatory governance.
“Our presence here today sends a message Governor Ododo’s administration listens, engages, and believes that real progress begins at the grassroots.”
He further reiterated unity as the core of the Governor’s message during the Eid prayers.
“We must continue to live in harmony, support one another, and remain focused on the greater good. Our diversity is not a weakness, it is our greatest strength.”

Hon. Isah cited the administration’s achievements including the expansion of infrastructure, enhanced security architecture, and revitalized economic initiatives as clear indicators that the government is not merely promising change but actively delivering it.
