Jarvis Confirms Engagement to Peller, Opens Up on Love Behind the Cameras

Popular Nigerian TikTok creator, Elizabeth Amadou, known as Jarvis, has officially confirmed her engagement to fellow content creator, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly called Peller.

The announcement puts an end to weeks of speculation over their relationship, which has drawn massive attention on social media due to their dramatic and entertaining content.

Jarvis made the revelation during an interview with Channels Television, disclosing that Peller recently proposed to her. Although the engagement ring didn’t fit her finger, she emphasized that the sincerity of their commitment goes beyond physical symbols. “He actually engaged me shockingly. But the ring doesn’t fit, so I kept it safe at home,” she said.

Reflecting on their journey, Jarvis shared how her perception of Peller changed after meeting him in person. Initially shaped by their social media interactions, she came to appreciate his true personality offline. “You can’t judge someone online until you meet them. He turned out to be even cooler and more genuine than I expected,” she said.

Jarvis also responded to public doubts about the authenticity of their relationship. Their frequent online banter and mock fights have led many to assume their romance is scripted. However, she insisted, “People take our reality as content, but everything we show is real. There is no faking.”

While the couple are now officially engaged, Jarvis hinted that marriage won’t happen immediately. She acknowledged the seriousness of taking such a step and the challenges of navigating love under public scrutiny. “Marriage is serious. We have been playing too much online, and sometimes even our families don’t take us seriously because of that,” she explained.
