‎He assured that the town hall would be completed within the shortest possible time and emphasized that other projects, including road rehabilitation and classroom construction had also received approval.

‎“These projects are not mine but yours. They belong to this community, and I urge everyone to support and protect them so they can serve generations to come. Today is proof that promises made are promises kept,” he stated.

‎Kogi State Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Taiye Abanika, who graced the occasion, described the groundbreaking event for the community town hall as a dividend of democracy.

‎“This is what democracy is all about by bringing good things home for the benefit of the people. Our leader has kept his word to Geregu, just as Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo continues to rule with humility and compassion. Hon. Abdulraheem is following in the Governor’s footsteps,” he said.
