Imisi Crowned Winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10, Takes Home ₦150 Million Prize

Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10, also tagged BBNaija 10/10. The 23-year-old from Oyo State was announced winner during the live grand finale on Sunday night, wrapping up a thrilling 70-day season that featured 29 contestants.

‎Imisi walked away with a ₦150 million grand prize package, including ₦80 million in cash and several sponsored rewards. Her closest rival, Dede (Precious Ashiogwu), finished as first runner-up, while finalists such as Kaybobo, Isabella, Mensan, Jason Jae, Kola, Sultana, and Koyin were evicted earlier during the finale show.

‎The finale, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, was filled with excitement and emotion as confetti rained down on stage when Imisi was announced the winner. Overwhelmed with joy, she knelt in gratitude, thanking viewers and supporters for their votes and unwavering support throughout the season.

‎Season 10, themed “10/10”, celebrated a decade of Big Brother Naija’s success in Nigeria’s entertainment industry. The edition was packed with surprises, including shocking evictions and a controversial disqualification of top contender Faith, just days before the finale, following a physical altercation with fellow housemate Sultana.

‎Known for her calm personality, emotional intelligence, and strategic gameplay, Imisi became a fan favourite for her authenticity and conflict management skills. Her impressive performance earned her one of the highest vote counts in the show’s history, cementing her place among BBNaija greats.

‎Speaking after her win, Imisi described the moment as a dream come true and expressed plans to seek financial guidance before using her prize. She also thanked her fellow housemates and fans, describing the Big Brother Naija experience as transformative and unforgettable.
