Kogi Gov.t Congratulates Otitoju’s TVC Appointment

The Kogi State Government has congratulated the appointment of vereran journalist Babajide Otitoju as Director of News at Television Continental (TVC), describing it as a proud milestone for Kogi State and the Nigerian media landscape.

In a statement issued by the Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Fanwo, the government praised Otitoju’s professionalism, integrity, and enduring dedication to responsible and impactful journalism.

Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo noted that the appointment is a testament to years of diligence and journalistic excellence, adding that it highlights the increasing prominence of Kogi indegenes in shaping national discourse.

The state government expressed confidence that Otitoju’s vast experience will further strengthen quality journalism, promote accountability, and enhance public trust in the media.
