The Kogi State Signage and Advertisement Agency (KOSSAA) has pledged collaboration with the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Kogi State Chapter to strengthen professionalism and improve effective communication in the state.

The NIPR team led by the Chairman Hon. Ismail Isah, emphasized the importance of collaboration with KOSSAA in promoting professional standards, capacity development, and effective public relations practices among practitioners.
