The First Lady also acknowledged his continued role as Chairman of the GAC, a key advisory body within the Lagos State APC political structure.
She prayed for his continued good health, renewed strength, peace and happiness as he marks the milestone.
“As you celebrate this glorious day, I pray that Almighty Allah will continually bless you with renewed strength, divine health, peace, joy and happiness,” she said.
