Kogi APC Chairman Reaffirms Loyalty, Unity, Inclusive Leadership

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Engr. Aliyu Momoh Ezzu, reaffirms commitment to unity and loyalty among party members.

‎The APC chairman made this known at a thanksgiving prayer session in Okene to mark his assumption of office.

‎The occasion which attracted political associates, supporters and community leaders was a solemn moment of gratitude and reflection by the new APC chairman in the state.

‎The prayer session was led by the Chief Imam of Ebiraland, Alhaji Salihu Abere, who offered prayers for the APC chairman and for sustained peace, unity and development of Kogi State.

‎Imam Abere reflected on Momoh’s political trajectory, recalling his earlier attempt at contesting for a local government chairmanship position, which did not materialize.

‎He noted that through divine grace, Momoh now leads the ruling party across all 21 local government areas of the state.

‎The cleric emphasized that divine timing remains supreme, urging the APC chairman to remain patient, steadfast and loyal to the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.

‎He further advised that Momoh’s emergence should be seen as an act of God rather than a sentimentalconsiderations, urging the new chairman not to forget his long-standing political supporters.

‎Imam Abere also offered prayers for Governor Ododo, commending his administration’s efforts in fostering peace and stability across the state.

‎In his response, Engr. Momoh expressed appreciation to the Governor Ododo, former APC State Chairman, Abdullahi Bello, political appointees, party leaders, and supporters for honouring the invitation.

‎He reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening unity within the party, upholding loyalty, and promoting an inclusive leadership style that accommodates all stakeholders for the continued growth of the APC in Kogi State.
