Gov. Yusuf Rallies Support for Tinubu Ahead of 2027 Elections

Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has called on residents of the state to continue supporting President Bola Tinubu, citing the benefits of the strong relationship between the Kano State Government and the Federal Government.

The governor made the appeal on Wednesday at the Government House in Kano, stressing that the partnership has brought positive developments and key infrastructure projects to the state.

According to a statement by his spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, Yusuf said President Tinubu has shown commitment to the growth and development of Kano and Nigeria as a whole.

“The people of Kano should continue to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the progress and development of our state and the country. The cooperation between our administration and the Federal Government has yielded positive results for our people,” the governor said.

He urged political leaders, stakeholders and supporters across the state to remain united and strengthen the existing partnership between Kano and the Federal Government.

Governor Yusuf also congratulated Hon. Shu’aibu Rabi’u Nagogo on his victory in the recent by-election, expressing confidence that he would provide effective representation for the people of Dawakin Kudu and Warawa Federal Constituency.

The governor reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to working closely with the Federal Government to improve the welfare of citizens and accelerate development across Kano State.
