To commemorate the 2025 Children’s Day celebration, Lugard Television opened its doors to students of GYB Model Science Secondary School, providing them with a hands-on experience in broadcast journalism and newsroom operations.
The initiative, led by the Office of the Special Adviser on Media to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Hon. Ismaila Isah, offered participating students the opportunity to explore the inner workings of television production from reporting and presenting to behind-the-scenes technical roles like camera operation and studio management.
