Ododo’s Media Adviser Presents Midterm Report to Agriculture Commissioner

The Special Adviser on Media to the Governor of Kogi State, Hon. Ismaila Isah, has formally presented a copy of the Midterm Performance update on the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to the Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security, Hon. Timothy Ojomah.

The presentation took place during a working visit to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, as part of ongoing efforts to consolidate and effectively communicate the achievements of the current administration at its mid-point.

Hon. Isah commended the Commissioner for his steadfast support to the media team and his role in advancing the ministry’s mandate under the leadership of Governor Ododo. He described the ministry’s progress under Ojomah as evidence of foresight, preparedness, and strategic planning.

“The performance recorded over the last two years has truly demonstrated how well-prepared you were for this position,” Hon. Isah stated. “Your contributions have been essential to the success of this administration.”

He explained that the Midterm Report provides a comprehensive overview of Governor Ododo’s accomplishments across key sectors, including agriculture, health, security, infrastructure development, commerce and industry.

According to him, the presentation is aimed at harmonizing the ministry’s sector-specific updates with the broader government performance report, strengthening monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for ongoing projects, and fostering informed public engagement.

In his response, Hon. Timothy Ojomah expressed appreciation to the Special Adviser and the Lugard TV team for what he described as “wonderful and selfless” efforts in promoting the developmental strides of the Kogi State government. He noted that the commitment of the office of the Special Adviser on Media to projecting the state positively constitutes a valuable service with lasting impact.
