Finland in partnership with the European Union has launched a €23m initiative to strengthen Nigeria’s digital public services and support the rollout of the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme. The initiative, fully funded by the European Union under its Global Gateway strategy, forms part of the EU-Nigeria Digital Economy package aimed at driving inclusive digital transformation.
